PetChill HK 嘅故事係由對貓咪嘅純真熱愛開始。老闆喺2008年收養咗隻流浪小貓，由嗰一刻開始，佢明白貓咪唔單止係寵物，更加係屋企人，係我哋生命入面無可取代嘅夥伴，教會我哋乜嘢係無條件嘅愛同忠誠。
嗰陣時喺香港搵優質貓咪用品真係好難，一嚟就係好貴，再唔係就係質素麻麻哋。睇住愛貓因為食咗差嘅貓糧而病咗，老闆決心要俾香港嘅貓奴們「平靚正」嘅優質選擇。由網上小店開始，親自去日本、台灣搵好嘅供應商，一樣一樣咁精心挑選每個產品。
由細細間寵物用品店開始，我哋憑住對品質嘅堅持同對客人嘅用心服務，一步步咁成長。每次收到客人send愛貓健康快樂嘅相片，每次聽到客人話「我屋企隻貓好鍾意呢個貓糧」，都令我哋更加確定呢個使命。每個產品點樣揀，每次點樣服務客人，都係出於我哋對「讓每隻貓咪都享受到最好照顧」呢個信念嘅堅持。
多年嚟，我哋見過好多溫馨嘅人貓故事。由最初嘅一隻貓，到而家幫過2350隻狗狗同1420隻貓咪搵到新屋企，捐咗超過22800公斤食物俾流浪動物。而家我哋唔單止係間寵物用品店，更加係貓奴們嘅好朋友，係香港寵物福利事業嘅積極參與者。我哋明白每個貓奴對毛孩嘅愛，因為我哋都係咁樣深深愛住呢啲可愛嘅小生命。
多年嚟，我哋唔單止賣寵物用品，更加係用愛心同實際行動為香港毛孩帶嚟真正嘅改變。
